De kruidnagel heeft een desinfecterende werking, de pepermunt heeft een verfrissend effect en de citroen wordt toegevoegd als versterkend en verkwikkend aroma.

- 2 druppels pepermunt
- 1 druppel kruidnagel
- 1 druppel citroen
Bereiding en gebruik
Doe de pepermunt, kruidnagel en citroen in een glas water en gebruik ze om je mond mee te spoelen en te gorgelen. Het recept is geschikt voor één toepassing.
